As announced during the week, from tomorrow, the ‘Lockdown’ restrictions in Wales will be changed and some will be lifted.
From tomorrow, you can go to the hairdressers and barbers on an appointment basis only. You are also now able to return to pubs on an appointment basis only, but with the difference to England that you can only visit a pub or restaurant if you are sitting outside, you are not allowed to sit indoors at the moment. People are also allowed to go on holidays to Wales if they stay in a self-contained accommodation.
At the last Coronavirus briefing, a timetable was produced to show when and how restrictions will be lifted even more in the next coming weeks and month. It was highlighted though that it is dependent on how high the rate is in Wales at that moment.
It was also discussed that community centres and play grounds can reopen on the 20th of July. On the 27th of July, cinemas, tattoo parlours and beauty salons can open together with museums and galleries.
Finally, on the 3rd of August, cafes and restaurants can reopen for people to go inside on an appointment basis; again, depending on how the rate is doing in Wales.
