War has always been this brutal.. stupid &senseless. That is why people created the Geneva Conventions & why they should be stuck to. &why nations that do not – should be punished
but then every war does target civilians. those who cant protect themselves. The Geneva C is now a political weapon of war in itself.. a tool used by tools to alienate some but exonerate others
