A leaked report has revealed that the Labour Party commissioned – and presumably paid for – campaign advice from The Campaign Company.

The party’s acting general secretary David Evans used to own the Campaign Company, holding ‘75% or more’ of its shares and voting rights.
But it would not look right for Starmer to buy a report from his right-wing pal after he handed him the party’s top job. Evans no longer holds ‘75% or more’ of the shares and voting rights – his wife Aline does, so that’s all right then.
Ironically, Evans’ advised himself and Starmer they needed a ‘bigger’ share of left-wing voters.
The Word would have told them that for free, and added that the new Blairites stand not a hope in hell of succeeding.
