On the last announcement made by the Welsh First Minister of Wales Mark Drakeford, it was announced that non essential shops could now open if they followed the social distancing rules.
The announcement also stated that on the 4th July, the five mile rule of traveling will be lifted and you can travel further than the five miles, that was placed a few weeks ago.
Schools were also mentioned as schools are opening in Wales on the 29th of June. It is for students who wish to return to school before the summer holidays and be prepared for September. The Welsh Government has stated though that no more than a one third can be in the school at once and must follow the social distancing rules.
Finally the announcement mentioned that on the 9th of July self – contained holiday accommodation could open and on the 13th July that hairdressers and barbers could open on appointment basis only.
