Salmon and Broccoli Bake
Serves 4
Oven 180°C, Gas mark 4
Head of Broccoli
4 fillets Salmon
4 Potatoes
Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper
300ml Double Cream
Cheddar Cheese to taste
Place the salmon in a dish, add sliced onion, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the broccoli into small florets and arrange them around the salmon.
Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them over the salmon and broccoli. Pour the cream over the top of the potatoes. Slice or grate cheese and place on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 35 mins. Yummy!
