There was lots of support at Elbit yesterday. People do not want weapons made in our country, in Oldham, used to take innocent lives in Palestine. These protests are becoming more and more popular around the country. People are angry that these killings are allowed to happen without anything being done to stop it. They are angry that Palestinians are having their homes bulldozed over and over again by the Israeli soldiers, they are angry that the Palestinian land is being stolen by the Israeli Government to put ‘Jewish settlers’ from other countries in. They are angry that the Palestinian people are prisoners on their own land, with fences, high walls and checkpoints controlled by the Israeli government.
You will see the children are holding up pictures of children. Each of these photographs shows an innocent child that has been killed by the Israeli government. This is just a few of the many children that have died.
