A POEM FOR PEACE
If you could feel just love for me,
Don’t lay your wreath just let me be.
Don’t strike your band of marching horror,
Leave peace my soul, save your tomorrow.
Prince’s talk of covered glory
Ameliorating any hurt;
I’m not covered in such glory
All I’m covered in is dirt.
If you could feel just love for me,
Just throw your arms in to the sea.
You hear them reading out my name;
Those bastards will do this again.
